Climate control lights blinking on 97 dodge caravan after changing battery?

battery went dead, I had a warranty on my battery and got a new one. I put it in and the climate control lights keep blinking, even after the car has been on for a few minutes, I've tried shutting it off, turning it back on, reconnecting the battery, the fuse box is working fine, anyone know whats going on?Climate control lights blinking on 97 dodge caravan after changing battery?ha ha no just kidding easy fix as long as everything works a/c and blend door wise. As you look at the rear wiper and washer switches ( this sounds stupid but its a dodge what can i say)there should be five switches in that area starting at the top down 1,2,3 then 2 more switches to the right all the same shape , sorry hard to describe. You want to get the engine to operating temp and then blower on defrost i think with a/c button off, and push and hold the top and bottom buttons which would be 1 and 3 as i described , hold the buttons untill all five buttons light up then let go and let it do its thing untill one lght is on then push a button to exit what you've just done is recalibrate the blend doors in your heater box. While its doing its thing the vents will all change and stuff, it should only take a minute or so. If it doesnt work take to a shop somthing may be wrong or they might do it for you. Kinda unbelievable huh , oooo to be a mechanic. good luck

you are going to have to take it to the dealer. what that means is that the blend door memory is all messed up. the dealer will be able to fix with there scan tool. it will not hurt anything if u leave it like it is, but you wont get all of the blower door options.
