Do usually the roadside service/assistance carry new car battery with them or they only perform jump start?

My onstar roadside service changed a new battery for me for no charge, I'm wondering does AAA do that, too?Do usually the roadside service/assistance carry new car battery with them or they only perform jump start?jump start only. i doubt you got a $100 battery for no charge unless it was under warranty
