Will my Car battery die if I left the inside light on for almost 2 wks?

I left the inside overhead light on for about 2 wks. Will that drain my battery? I changed the battery a little over 2 yrs ago. The battery should be fine once it's charged up again.

The battery might die but you can always recharge it when you start the car.

Uh yah definantly. Most car battries die within 8 hours of being on. Ive left mine on so often that it now dies within two hours of being left on, and I replaced it only a year ago. So yah, its definantly a dead battery. You will have to get a boost from someone with a booster cable. If you dont know what to do call a towing company, and they will do it for a low fee.

any %26quot;drain%26quot; of a battery will KILL a battery,but you can reenergize it, here comes the bunny, auto batterys in general last 3-4 years, some may have longer WARRANTY time frames but auto batterys can be easilly recharged at any repair center. call me we'll send a wrecker to do this fror you.
YES, you should recharge the battery with a slow charger for about 1 hour. The reason you should recharge the battery, is to prevent damage to the alternator. Even if the car starts, shut it off and charge the battery! A low battery puts a huge strain on the internal voltage regulator inside the alternator. A new alternator could run about $100.00 to $160.00, so charge the battery for free. AUTO TECH!!! You can pick up a battery charger at a parts store, or at sears, for about $50.00, Then you will never need a tow truck for this problem!!!
OK LISTEN HERE YOU NEED A NEW BATTERY. THAT ONE WILL NOT ---HOLD A CHARGE. DONT EVEN TRY CHARGING IT AND DRIVING THE CAR. IT WILL DIE! I NOW FROM LOTS AND LOTS OF EXPERIENCE.
