Why does your car battery seem to die more often when it's 95 degrees and above outside?

does the heat affect it? Mine died yesterday for the first time ever. Luckily I got it started back up, I recently changed the battery too, just a few months ago. I was figuring it's the heat, I'm sure it could be something else, it could be anything, but the light in my car said battery and my car hasn't had any issues.Why does your car battery seem to die more often when it's 95 degrees and above outside?May need water? or it's old!

The terminals may not be tight. Battery could be bad. Just a couple of solutions. If battery just replaced, I would make sure the terminals are clean and tight.
